No. Inflammable fluids must not be stored in any unit. Any damage caused by an owner or tenant through negligence may result in a liability claim.
The Operational Rules also say you must not bring onto, use or store anything in a unit or on the common property that creates a hazard, breaches fire or hazardous substances law, affects the operation of fire safety devices, or increases the premium on (or breaches) the Body Corporate insurance policy.
